Study abroad
As well as studying a physics degree at a leading institution, you’ll have the opportunity to study part of your course at one of several universities abroad.
We have exchange partners in the United States, Canada, Singapore and Australia. Students have studied at the National University of Singapore, the University of Sydney, the Australian National University, and the universities of California, Illinois and Toronto, meaning you can explore another culture during your third year before returning to Manchester to complete your degree.
Availability of places is competitive and decisions are normally made during the second year of study, so you'll have time to consider your options.
